As WSDOT's Deputy State Design Engineer – and previously Assistant State Construction Engineer and Assistant State Design Engineer – Mike has helped shape major state and national engineering standards. His dual experience in private development services and public agency leadership gives him a strategic perspective on development review and design coordination, making him a trusted advisor, Owner's Engineer, and expert witness.
